UI / UX Designer

Responsibilities
- Design user-flow and wireframe.
- Design high-fidelity prototypes.
- Design for mobile and web.
- Ensure all interfaces are accessibility-first, supporting browser-based TTS and multilingual requirements.
- Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to maintain visual consistency and usability across all components.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Support the creation and evolution of the platform's design system.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered accessible design.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and compliance standards.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with accessibility-first, multilingual and Pan-European design.
- Familiarity with Health Tech.
- Experience with Analytics Dashboards.
- Extra language (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian).
